Lexi & Clay wanted to take their engagement pictures in a spot that was significant to them! This sweet little spot on the Palmetto Trail is a place that they have been coming to since high school when they first starting dating 🙂 We had no idea this place even existed! (Fun little fact – eventually, this trail will span over 500 miles across SC starting in Walhalla & ending at the coast.)

The most adventurous part of this session was watching Clay & Lexi not only carry their canoe into the water but watching them get into it & paddle away! These two were champs as they unloaded everything & got into the water without any mishaps! It was one of the first nights that was warm this spring & it was the BEST being outside with these two!
