Dear March,

You came & went so quickly! The days are growing longer & the temperatures are lovely – we don’t particularly care for the pollen, but we are in love with the budding flowers & trees! This March brought us:

1. A Trip to the Mountains: At the beginning of March, we packed a lunch, threw our camera in our bag, put Scout in the car & hightailed it out of town. We needed some fresh mountain air! We hiked the Blue Ridge Parkway, soaking in the cool air & cherishing the changing seasons. We love this part of the country! But a trip to the mountains is not complete without a stop to Sierra Nevada Brewery. If you haven’t had a chance to stop by Sierra Nevada & take their tour – you are missing out! It’s easily one of our favorites – a full hour of history, a tour of the campus, & samples. Afterwards, enjoy a bite to eat on their patio & enjoy some of their unique brews only available there!

2. A New Website: Can we get a “hallelujah!”? We have grown so much in the last 6 months that our old website didn’t fit us or our brand anymore. It was time for us to change & wipe the slate clean – and boy, are we glad we did! The long hours it took to build our new website have definitely paid off as we grow our brand & business. Thanks to all of our friends & followers who endured the process with us. We couldn’t have done it without you all!

3. Investment: We have been waiting & waiting & waiting! The time finally arrived for us to purchase a new lens & body. We have loved our new equipment & we look forward to using it on many shoots to come. Don’t worry – no lenses were harmed in the making of this photo!

4. Lots of family walks: In anticipation for our favorite pizza joint’s second restaurant, we daily walk by Sidewall’s new location downtown. We are counting down the days until we can meet up with friends to enjoy their delicious pizzas & homemade ice cream! We love our little town of Greenville, SC & we have loved watching it grow & thrive.
